Volume five continues much like the other previous videos, packed with comedy and gags and sketches.

From this collection the one that stands out is the café sketch with Sid and Dick. As is seen from previous material, many of their modern material has been tried and tested and tweaked over the years, but I don’t know why this one hasn’t been used (unless it has in something I haven’t seen).

Pure comic energy that causes all of them to crack up, which just makes it even funnier. Graham McCann even mentioned this specific sketch in his brilliant book, noting that Eric and Ern ad-libbed most of it from the part one of the lines was inaudible due to it being spoken through a mouth full of chips!.
